5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • User-Initiated Cancellations:
    • Cancellations made 30 days prior to the tour date will receive a full refund.
    • Cancellations made between 15-29 days prior will receive a 50% refund.
    • Cancellations made less than 15 days prior are non-refundable.
  • Company-Initiated Cancellations:
    • In rare cases where we must cancel a tour, users will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
